In Venezueala, FCM partners with It Took A Miracle (ITAM) Ministries (http://www.itamweb.org/itam/). ITAM was founded by Billy Edmonds and is based in Knoxville, Tennessee. ITAM uses short-term mission efforts to increase and strengthen the discipleship process in the lives of Christians using what they call the Five M's of discipleship: Modeling , Mentoring, Monitoring , Mobilization , Multiplication.

TAM works out the outskirts of Maraciabo, Venezuela through the Fuente De Amor Church. ITAM works through the local church to demonstrate God’s love to the thousands of people that surround the city dump.
