Uganda

In Uganda, FCM is proud to partner with Nelson Kyasooka, founder of Grace Fellowship Ministries (GFM) in Kampala, Uganda.

Pastor Nelson Kyasooka came to know the Lord in 1984 while working as a taxi driver. In 1990 the Lord called him into the ministry. After training in Nairobi, Kenya, he organized a congregation in Mwera, Uganda. After nine years at Mwere, Nelson had trained leaders and planted a sister congregation in Katuso, Uganda. Three years ago, the Lord gave Nelson a vision to plant another congregation in Kampala, a city of about two million inhabitants.

GFM is involved with church evangelism/discipleship work, education of pastors, community development, and refugee work.
