Tripp Skipper, President Tripp Skipper was named President of FCM in 2006. Tripp holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mobile. His professional career began in public service where he has held various roles with Senator Jeff Sessions, Congressman Robert Aderholt and more recently Congressman Mike Rogers. As president of FCM, Tripp is responsible for U.S. operations, which include fund raising, advocacy, and program development. FCM is a non-profit ministry that exists to serve orphans and families in Africa. Tripp is passionate about helping the continents 60 million orphans and with the launch of a project called Abaana’s Hope, he has made orphan care a priority for the organization. Tripp and his wife, Sarah have been FCM supporters since 2003. The couple has three children and lives in Wadley, Alabama. |

Gary Clark, Vice-President Gary Clark has been serving as Vice-President of FCM since 2006. Since joining FCM’s leadership team, Gary has traveled extensively through Central and South America, as well as Africa. Gary is a successful businessman in Roanoke, Alabama where he owns and operates a property management company that helps to address the need for low income housing in East Alabama. As vice-president of FCM, Gary is responsible for communicating FCM’s vision and strategy to donors, church leaders, and potential supporters. Gary also serves as a crucial link between FCM and team members prior to going on a mission trip. Gary and his wife Cindy are active members of Mountain Springs Baptist Church in Wadley, Alabama. They are the proud parents of three children and two grandchildren. |

Jeannene Keet, Director of Communication Jeannene Keet brought over 20 years of corporate experience to FCM when she became the Director of Communication in January of 2010 Jeannene graduated from Auburn University in 1982 with a Bachelor's of Aviation Management degree. Before moving to Wedowee, Alabama in 2009, Jeannene worked for both American Airlines and British Airways. As Director of Communication, Jeannene is responsible for maintaining and serving more than a 1,000 supporter relationships. Jeannene is also directly responsible for coordinating all travel plans for FCM’s team members. In addition to ministry, Jeannene is a multi-engine instrument rated pilot. She is married to Jim Keet and they live in Wedowee, Alabama. They have a daughter, Kyla Keet, that is attending Auburn University and a son, Jamie Keet, who eagerly awaits for his parents arrival in heaven. |

Joy Carpenter, Director of Child Sponsorship Joy Carpenter has been supporting FCM since 2006 when she went on her first mission trip to Guatemala. She was named Director of Child Sponsorship in 2010. Joy graduated from Troy University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In addition to working for FCM, Joy serves as a Pre-school teacher for “Bright Beginnings” at First Baptist Opelika. As Director of Child Sponsorship, Joy is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the special one-to-one relationship between a sponsor and a needy child living in Sudan or Uganda. Joy helps to ensure that sponsors and sponsored children have input into each other’s lives by writing letters and through prayer. Joy also helps FCM sponsors take advantage of the opportunity to visit their sponsored child on an FCM trip to Africa. Joy and her husband Yancy live in Auburn, Alabama with their two dogs, Charlie and Duke. |
