Harold Harmon
Owner of H&M Drugs
Wedowee, Alabama

When Harold Harmon joined FCM's Board of Directors he brought with him almost a decade of mission efforts in Central and South America. Today, he serves as the Chairman of FCM's capital campaign Building Hope, Adopting Life to benefit the vision of Abaana's Hope, a comprehensive children's village that will be built in Uganda.

Harold graduated from Auburn University's School of Pharmacy in 1969. As the owner of H&M Drugs and Ava Hills Assisted Living Home, Harold has spent a lifetime helping to meet the medical needs of folks in East Alabama.

Because of his love for people around the world, Harold was recently awarded the Ken Wurster Community Leadership Award by Cardinal Health, as well as the Distinguished Service Award by Auburn University’s School of Pharmacy.

Harold and his wife, Delores, attend Ava United Methodist Church in Wedowee, Alabama. In between traveling to Africa, they enjoy raising cattle and spending time with their five grandchildren.


Natalie Kelly
Owner of Kelly Green Marketing
Birmingham, Alabama

Natalie Kelly is the owner of Kelly Green Marketing and the founder of Alabama's first green living website, MyGreenBirmingham.com. Established in February 2009, My Green Birmingham.com is a community resource dedicated to connecting locals to the green movement and encouraging sustainable living.

Natalie is also a part of Kelly Construction Company, where she is the Administrative Manager, directly overseeing the areas of human resources, safety, and marketing. Prior to joining Kelly Construction Company, at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama she served as a proposal writer for their Medicare division and later as a marketing assistant. Natalie has also conducted corporate training for the National Safety Council.

Natalie joined the FCM Board in 2010. After traveling to Uganda in 2008 Natalie has developed a passion for Africa. Her participation in short-term missions led her to be one of the first contributors to the Building Hope - Adopting Life Capital Campaign that will benefit the vision of Abaana's Hope.

A graduate of Auburn University, Natalie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She is a native of Birmingham, Alabama.


Lisa Plaisance
Owner of Dadeville Animal Clinic
Dadeville, Alabama

Lisa Plaisance, DVM, is an owner of a small animal veterinary practice in Dadeville, Alabama She focuses her time on preventative healthcare and client relations.

Lisa graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor's Degree in Animal and Dairy Science and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine.

Lisa began taking short term mission trips as a veterinary student. These short term trips developed her sense of what real poverty is and intensified her desire to serve her Christian calling through missions. She has traveled to many regions in North America, South America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Veterinary care, including public health, has been the main focus of her ministry. Lisa is passionate about exposing people to the plight of orphans in hopes that their stories will challenge us to take action to aid in their future.

Lisa and her husband, Randall, live on a farm in Camp Hill, Alabama along with their two children, Adam and Ava.


Dale Rush
Owner of The Drug Store
Ashland, Alabama

Dale Rush is the founder and owner of "The Drug Store" in Ashland, Alabama, one of the largest independent pharmacies in East Alabama.

Dale has been serving on FCM's Board of Directors since 2005. His love for people has driven him to be a part of numerous medical teams in Central America and Africa. Dale is a man of great compassion and generosity. He and his wife, Delores, sacrifice both their time and their treasure to invest in hurting people.

Dale and Delores live in Ashland, Alabama and are active members of County Line Baptist Church.


Jimmy Sprayberry

Wadley, Alabama

Jimmy Sprayberry founded FCM in 2003 and currently serves as chairman of FCM's Board of Directors.

Born and raised in East Alabama, Jimmy has traveled extensively throughout Central America and Africa. Jimmy has a heart not only to aid the poor and suffering in third world countries but to also see short-term missions used as a tool to challenge the way team members see the world.

Jimmy and his wife Sherry live in Wadley, Alabama where Jimmy serves as the Pastor of Mountain Springs Baptist Church. They have two sons, Drew who is a student in college, and Lee, who has gone on to be with the Lord.


Paul Wilson
Foster Parent for WinShape Foundation
Wadley, Alabama

Paul Wilson has devoted his life to children. Upon graduating from Southern Theological Seminary, Paul entered full-time ministry as a student minister in South Carolina and then in Tennessee. Five years later, Paul and his wife Christy, accepted a position to become full-time foster parents through the WinShape Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by Chick-fil-A owner Truett Cathy. Through its WinShape Homes division, the foundation provides a loving, stable family environment to children who are in need.

Paul also has a heart for the children of Africa. As a founding board member, Paul has been instrumental in sharing the FCM story with supporters around the world.
